Charles Obi, First Rhema Solutions Limited New Business Director Mrs Hadiza Mamud Dokai. The Special Assistant to the Chairman First Rhema Solutions Mr. Ernest Ogosi as well as other TPA’s ( Third Party Administrators) and members of the Cross River State Ministry of Health.
